Girls Empowered 6 Week Series
MONDAYS (6pm - 7:30pm) A supportive Skills Group for Girls (Grade 4 & 5). The group is led by Registered Social Worker, Alina Naim. Through guided activities and group discussion they will build; communication skills, confidence and self-awareness. While practicing coping strategies they can use at home, at school and in daily life. They will learn how to understand and express their emotions, manage everyday stress and navigate friendships in healthy ways.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
