If you have recently been in a motor-vehicle accident and this is your first visit to Evolve since, please book this appointment. The appointment will be 30-45 minutes long based on the health history assessment and treatment required. A full 30-45-minute intake to go through a thorough history, a targeted and detailed examination, and importantly discuss the results of this assessment which includes the diagnosis and the path forward to address the reasons that brought you in to seek care.
