If your accident falls within the last 12 weeks, you are pre-approved for treatment, and we can bill ICBC directly.
Accidents outside of this 12 week period will need to be paid for privately, until we get approval for treatment. Once you are approved, we will issue a refund for ICBC’s portion of the treatment cost.
