Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based, therapist-assisted stretching system that focuses on the body’s connective tissue rather than just the muscles. Unlike typical stretching that isolates one muscle, FST works on entire chains of fascia that often become tight from stress, training, injury or posture.
The therapist uses gentle traction, movement and stretching to create space in joints and free restrictions in the fascia. Designed to be pain-free , working with the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic patterns.
