If I could give Dr. Kanji 10 stars I would. I have had about 6 sessions with him, and he is not only caring, a great communicator but more to the point a miracle worker. I would recommend him and his staff time and time again.

I had a fractured ankle and after I was out of the cast he helped me get back on my feet and feeling better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars!

I had a highly disappointing experience at this facility and would not recommend it to anyone. The physiotherapist, Ali, introduced himself to me as "Dr. Kanji." Coming from a legal background, I know that misrepresenting clinical titles is a serious matter. His physical assessment of my condition was incredibly brief. He quickly handed me off to a Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) to execute the actual work. While passive modalities like laser and shockwave therapies provided minor, temporary relief, Ali completely failed to prescribe any rehabilitation exercises to treat the root cause of my lower back pain. To make matters worse, he never even showed up to see me for any of my follow-up appointments. The PTA simply ran through a generic program of TENS, shockwave, and laser each time. Having worked with physiotherapists in the past, I can confidently say this is by far the worst care I have ever received. AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!!!Read moreShow less

I cannot fully express my gratitude for the care I have received from the clinic. Beyond the professionalism of the entire team, Dr. Kanji is an amazing practitioner who is able to draw exceptional connections between areas of trauma and subsequent pain symptoms. He is also a gifted communicator who is transparent in pathways moving forward while giving me new hope for recovery from my accident. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments and continuing to see excellent results that could not have been achieved elsewhere. Update: Still getting outstanding care from this amazing clinic! I must also add that Samira is an incredible RMT who is absolutely marvelous. I am very lucky to be receiving help from such a special team at FROM!Read moreShow less

Looking at these reviews definitely look curated and FORCED. I’ve been travelling to these clinic just because it was part of iScope and I was referred here by an ED doctor. Sadly my PT left and I’m not surprised why. My case was transferred to this guy named “Dr. Kanji”. I was never late on my appts in this clinic for the past months I’ve been coming here and today when I had an appt with “Dr. Kanji” I had to wait 30 min before I was taken in for “assessment” but I was just talked to in a condescending way and forcing me to accept his apologies for making me 30 min or he wouldn’t do my treatment. I leave 1 hour early of my work and skip meetings for my appts, pay for parking and drive back home in traffic. “Dr. Kanji” said I can just park my car by dollarama. Not only he made me wait for half an hour in the clinic, he refused to do the treatment and contradicted me telling me he won’t be bullied to giving me treatment when he was aggressively talking to me while my concussion symptoms are flaring up. This place doesn’t value or respect your time nor care about your injury. It was 3 hours of my time gone and wasted that I could never get back but hey he felt he was being bullied and oppressed by someone like me because I wasn’t accepting his “apologies” for being late 30 min. Who cares about my parking, just park at dollarama and get ticketed and waste my time 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know how business like this exists. What a joke. I wouldn’t be surprised if my review gets scrubbed.Read moreShow less

I saw Dr. Kanji today for the first time, and I was very impressed. He is a lovely man who took time to explain what was likely causing my IT pain, and how he could help using a variety of modalities I have never seen before, despite having been to a number of physiotherapists and chiropractors in the past about this issue. He then did a treatment with a variety of these tools, and gave me exercises that recognized and incorporated the exercises I already do and my active lifestyle. Impossible to say at this early time our work together whether or not the treatment will make a difference, but I am feeling optimistic :)Read moreShow less

My experience today was excellent. Dr. Ali D. Kanji is very kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients and the guy who was helping him was really polite and helpful and the receptionist as well . He took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. This clinic has helped me a lot, especially with treating my headaches, and I’ve noticed real improvement since starting my treatment here. I truly appreciate the care and support I’ve received, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective and compassionate treatment. Thank youRead moreShow less

I had treatment for migraines and my back, I have to say it was the best experience with a clinic and physiotherapist I have ever had. The laser device they used for my headache was like a miracle, my severe headache and migraine were completely cured after one laser session. I am still following the treatment for my back and I am very, very happy with the progress and results. Dr. Keji is the best. I highly recommend this clinic.Read moreShow less

Dr. Ali Kanji is the best physiotherapist I have ever been too. He uses the most up to date modalities and really cares about his patients. Thanks for being there!

Dr. Ali and his team are the best hands down!!! I live downtown Toronto and there are dozens of physios within a 5 block radius of my place. However, I choose to travel an hour to and from Dr. Ali because it is the best physio experience I've ever had. Dr. Ali takes his time and uses cutting edge technology combined with traditional physio modalities to reduce my pain, increase my range of motion and to support me regaining my strength. His bedside manner is friendly and kind, which makes a difference when I'm not feeling my best. I have already sent friends to Dr. Ali and will continue to do so.
