Professional Communications
The learner will review boundaries, verbal and written communication skills and dealing with difficult conversations and ethical dilemmas. This workshop will include writing patient reports, writing boundary setting letters, writing dismissal letters and practicing verbal responses to disclosures of sensitive nature, difficult interactions and solidifying personal boundaries and comfort zones.
This course will run from 9am-4pm.
The course cost is $262.50 >21 days or $300 <21 days before the start date of the course.

Course receipts will be sent out at the end of the course.
You will receive a more detailed email about 10 days before the course is due to take place.
Cancellation Policy: A 30% administration fee will be applied to refunds. Alternatively, you may transfer the full amount paid to another course being held within one calendar year of the cancelled course date
