These sessions focus on general wellness, stress relief, and improving circulation. While not yet trained in therapeutic assessment or injury treatment, they are closely supervised and eager to provide a calming, supportive experience.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
