Pediatric Assessment
In this appointment, the OT assesses a child’s skills and functioning in areas related to their gross motor and fine motor/visual motor skills, developmental milestones, social engagement and play skills, sensory processing and self-regulation skills, school readiness and problem solving skills, executive functioning and cognitive skills, self-care skills (toileting, dressing, sleep hygiene, grooming, and feeding/picky eating). May also include school consultation with school team/family. Price is $150/hour, travel fees outside of perimeter may apply.

What it is
