If you are booking a new practitioner, please ensure you book an INITIAL appointment for the practitioner you are booking for. This will avoid any potential confusion, and/or re-scheduling frustrations.
All patients must first complete an INITIAL appointment before booking follow-up appointments.
Please make sure to click Intake Forms in your patient profile to ensure all necessary forms have been completed before your appointment.
📍 Location information: We are located on the 2nd floor at 810 Clement Avenue (Suite 204). Our entrance is at the back (where our parking lot is) the back of the building faces the BC Tree Fruits building and The Rustic Reel.
