This visit is for new or current Kinesiology patients looking to work on a program independently and require a detailed exercise program.
Programs are designed specifically for the patient's needs for a 4-6 week period and will be designed by Deanna and given to the patient within 1 week of the initial session.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
