A 60 minute massage for balanced relaxation, with targeted pressure for the purpose of alleviating tension. This massage uses light to firm pressure, hydrotherapy, and is a balance of muscle relief and relaxation. Used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure, headaches, stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression. It is also used as maintenance treatment for tissue health and the prevention of injury.
