We have reserved up to 60 minutes for an initial appointment including an intake, assessment and hands-on treatment focused on improving posture, movement, mobility and overall body function through myofascial release and structural integration techniques. Treatments are individualized to your needs and may address tension patterns, movement restrictions, postural imbalances and overall body awareness using a slower, more intentional, movement-focused approach.
Treatments are typically performed without oils or lotions and patients remain comfortably clothed in athletic or fitted clothing to allow for movement, assessment and treatment.
