A Physiotherapy Assessment is required for all new clients, as well as returning clients who haven't received treatment at our clinic in more than 6 months. This is a one-on-one appointment with a registered physiotherapist in a private room.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
