30 minute appointments are your standard Physiotherapy follow-up appointment. This option is suitable for most patient follow-ups as long as there aren't any new injuries, or treatments requiring 3+ body parts. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please know that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 50% charge for cancellation inside this time period. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
