Your physiotherapist will work with you via virtual appointment to assess your injury through a thorough verbal intake, observation of your movements, and through guided instruction. You will be provided with a rehabilitation plan with guided exercise, functional progression, education, and tools for self management so that you are able to successfully manage your injury at home.
