Sean's primary goal during your pregnancy is to keep you as active and able to participate in your daily activities as possible. She can also help you prepare your body for birth and return to activity with post natal care and is especially interested in helping clients with post cesarean section care. She can do this by using a manual approach to scar tissue massage and providing education regarding return to activity.
Scar tissue massage is important post surgical to help reduce adhesions and potential musculoskeletal complications in the long term. Sean knows first hand the impact a scar could have on your body and would love to educate more women on post -cesarean care. Sean is also a third year osteopathic student.
