This includes a GI map and a one-hour assessment in which you will be provided a PDF of the findings and a breakdown of the protocol plan. Six to eight weeks after the protocol begins, clients will have a 30-minute follow-up call to discuss progress and to set up a maintenance plan. Lifestyle suggestions and a meal guide for inspiration will be included.
