This 60-minute session blends peer support, guided meditation, energy work, and tarot/oracle insight to create a holistic and supportive experience.
We begin with a conversation, offering you space to share what feels present and important. You’ll then select a tarot deck from our collection to bring your unique energy into the session.
From there, you’ll be invited to rest on the massage table while I guide you through a short meditation to help you settle and arrive fully in the moment. Once grounded, I will open the session energetically and channel healing energy for approximately 20 minutes, allowing your body and spirit to guide the process.
To close, we’ll draw tarot cards and reflect on the insights together, integrating the energy work with meaningful guidance.
