Patients must have had both an executive medical intake and plan visit to book the quarterly check-ups.
At our quarterly check-up we will review your quarterly blood work. You will receive a requisition and cost estimate for the requisition during your plan-visit. This visit is 60-minutes in duration.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
