At this visit the Nurse Practitioner will review your health and lifestyle history.
She will assess if you are a good candidate for bioidentical replacement therapy.
If you are a candidate, she will give you a bloodwork requisition and will explain how to get the testing done.
These tests are covered under AHC. Once the results are received, a treatment plan will be discussed.
