A complimentary 20 minute video (or without video) consultation call allows the Therapist in Training to properly assess your needs and goals for counselling and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. It’s important to ensure a strong therapeutic alliance because as a client you are investing your time, trust and finances in therapy, so let's see if you're the right fit for one another! If you prefer a phone call without video, please make a note in your booking.
