This is a 40 - minute Osteopathic Initial Assessment.
During your first Osteopathy appointment, your practitioner will take a detailed health history and discuss your current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. They will also take time to explain what osteopathy is and answer any questions you may have. Your practitioner will go through a full-body assessment to evaluate your posture, movement, and any areas of tension or restriction. Based on these findings, your practitioner will provide a personalized osteopathic treatment using gentle, hands-on techniques to support balance and ease within your body.
Initial appointments focus on getting to know you, understanding how your body moves, and creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
