Cancellation Policy:
Friendly reminder that we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-show appointments without prior communication will be subject to the full fee charge.
Short notice cancellations- If we are unable to fill your appointment slot, a late cancellation fee may be applied.
Please note this also applies to same day bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
We do not have a receptionist, so we recommend booking online. All treatments are by appointment only, so the front door will remain locked until your appointment time. We appreciate your understanding!
If you’re unable to find a time that works for you, feel free to add your name to the cancellation list. We’ll email you if something becomes available.
Parking:
As part of the Fort Langley community, we’re lucky to be surrounded by great shops and scenery- but it does mean parking availability near the clinic can fill up quickly. Please allow a few extra minutes to secure parking before your appointment.
