This virtual visit is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes in length and is completed virtually through video or phone when video is not available. In that time a very detailed history is taken which includes discussing your reason for the appointment, your past medical history, and the medical history of important family members. Digestions, hormones, diet, stress and mood as well as other lifestyle factors are considered. An individualized treatment plan is then formulated and recommendations are made in the form of supplementation, lifestyle changes, or suggestions for additional testing.
