Your therapist will complete a biomechanical assessment and if Custom Knee Orthosis is recommended they will also perform a 3D scan of your knee in order to obtain your best fit and ensure Custom Knee Orthosis is appropriate for your condition.
Conditions that Require Bracing:
- Ligamentous injuries of the knee (ACL, MCL, LCL, PCL)
- Knee/Patellofemoral Instability
- Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee
- Post/Pre Surgery
Will These Be Covered?
Most insurance companies will cover Custom Knee Orthosis with a prescription from a medical doctor.
All Custom Knee Orthosis are required to be paid in full by the customer and submitted to insurance with the appropriate paperwork.
