We are located within Evolve Strength on the 4th floor of the Post building, above the grocery store.
DIRECTIONS: Head into the main lobby of the Post building where the Starbucks/City Market grocery store are. Then go up 2 sets of escalators to the gym lobby. You can also take the 2 main elevators in the centre of the building to the 4th floor. FYI - The outer perimeter elevators do not go to the 4th floor.

DIRECT BILLING: We offer different billing to most extended health insurance providers. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to double check, along with your plan provider to ensure they allow direct billing. We do not bill directly to ICBC or WorkSafeBC at this time.
Your credit card is required to book an appointment but won’t be charged at the time of booking. The card is stored securely in Jane Payments (Stripe) and not visible to staff.
LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will result in a fee which cannot be directly billed to extended health insurance.
WAITLIST: if you can’t find an appointment time on our schedule please add yourself to the waitlist at the bottom of our booking page and we will reach out if an appointment becomes available
