Credit Card Required to Book
To help streamline our appointment process and reduce admin time between sessions, we now require a credit card to be entered at the time of booking. This is not for late cancellation purposes—you will still have the option to pay with debit or another method in the clinic at the time of your appointment. If you don’t have the ability to add a credit card at the time of booking, please email the clinic and we will assist you in making an appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
As a reminder, we require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. We have this policy in place to accommodate patients on our wait list who are in need of an appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Please respect the time of our staff, practitioners and other patients and let us know if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
