Welcome! Your first visit includes a 15-minute clinical consultation and orthopedic assessment to help us build the best treatment plan for childbearing and beyond. This time allows the RMT to understand your health history and perform any necessary testing to ensure your treatment is safe, intentional, effective, and address pregnancy-related discomforts, sleep quality, and postpartum recovery. Treatment can include TMJ, buccal and facial massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, myofascial release, breast massage, and abdominal massage during your full therapeutic massage (60 or 90 minutes).
