Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of your pain, injury, or movement limitation. We will review your medical and injury history, assess your movement, strength, mobility, and function, and discuss your goals.
Treatment may begin during this visit and can include hands on therapy, exercise prescription, education, and a personalized rehabilitation plan.
