In the initial assessment, the most important thing is we find out what is causing the problem. I am going to ask you some basic questions and hear your story. I’ll have you perform some simple movements to understand more about how your body is managing load. From there, I’ll explain you what’s the problem, and figure out a treatment plan that is realistically for you to to get you on the right path to get you of pain/conquer your goals.
Lors de l’évaluation initiale, le plus important est de comprendre ce qui cause réellement votre problème. Je vais vous poser quelques questions de base et écouter votre histoire. Ensuite, je vous demanderai d’effectuer quelques mouvements simples pour mieux comprendre comment votre corps gère les charges.
À partir de là, je vous expliquerai clairement ce qui ne va pas, puis nous établirons ensemble un plan de traitement réaliste — pour vous permettre de sortir de la douleur et vous mettre sur la bonne voie pour atteindre vos objectifs.
