INITIAL ASSESSMENT: What to expect
The From the Neck Up Initial Assessment includes:
- Review of your health history & any additional questions you or your RMT may have
- Detailed physical assessment of your area of concern
- Hands-on treatment
- Customized self-care program using the From the Neck Up video series
Please plan for an additional 10-15 minutes after your scheduled time
CANCELLATION & PUNCTUALITY: Respecting our time
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE
Effective February 1st 2024: cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will be charged the full treatment fee
You can easily cancel/reschedule your appointment via the confirmation/reminder email or text sent to you from our online booking provider Jane
You will receive an appointment reminder 96hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, should you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so within the reminder email
PUNCTUALITY
If you’re late, the amount of your lateness will be deducted from the duration of your massage with no change in fee
