APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES - We understand that life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time. When last minute illness or inability to attend an in person appointment arises, we are happy to convert to a virtual appointment to ensure continuity of care. Patients who provide less than 24 hours cancellation notice, or miss their appointment will be charged the full value of the appointment to the card on file.

I saw Jodie before/after my two births. She made the appointment not awkward for first time mom. She speaks in a very caring and inclusive way. Lots of good suggestions and not pushy on what must be done. She is amazing!

Jodie has been wonderful. With a few simple exercises my pelvic pain improved dramatically! I have also really enjoyed the group classes; It has been great to challenge myself physically while feeling safe doing so under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
