Choosing this option will restrict what appointment times are available to book to times when the ultrasound machine is available. If not referred by your doctor, please choose the regular "Initial Visit" option and discuss with your physiotherapist if ultrasound imaging will be a good fit for you.
For continuity of care, please book THREE Follow Up Visits with Ultrasound Imaging at 2-week intervals after your initial appointment due to our busy schedules. This may be changed by you and your practitioner to a schedule ideal for your individual treatment based on the results of your initial assessment. Please only book ONE Initial Assessment. Thank you!
Please note that the last 5 minutes of all physio sessions are reserved for your physiotherapist to write your chart note and/or doctors notes and to send you your exercises. This prevents your physiotherapist from having hours of unpaid work at the end of each day. We appreciate your understanding.
