For Hip Replacement: Please book ONE initial assessment and THREE follow-up visits at 2-3 weeks intervals. All visits must be completed before 16 weeks after the date of your surgery.
For Knee Replacement: Please book ONE initial assessment and NINE follow-up visits. Follow-up visits should be booked weekly for the first 6 weeks post-op and then every 2 weeks thereafter. All visits must be completed before 16 weeks after the date of your surgery.
