If this is your first time visiting our clinic for any service, please make sure to book yourself an INITIAL ASSESSMENT timeslot . This allows the clinician adequate time to conduct the proper assessment along with your treatment.
Cancellation Policy Reminder While we understand that emergencies may arise, we kindly request that cancellations are made as far in advance as possible and only when absolutely necessary. Our clinicians reserve space for you each day and are only paid when services are provided. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours to the time of their appointment (including no-call, no-show situations) are subject to a minimum of a 50% of the appointment fee.

Physiotherapy Kayla, Brittany and Megan work with adults with joint, muscle and nerve (musculoskeletal - MSK) pain. Brittany sees clients in clinic or via telehealth. Megan also works with females with pelvic floor concerns.
Megan is currently booking new MSK assessments Fridays. Kayla+Brittany have reduced new assessment times July-August .

We do not take WSIB or MVA claims and are not an OHIP clinic. We directly bill to extended health companies as able. We are not able to bill directly to Sunlife
