This appointment is for all NEW patients.
During your initial assessment, a thorough intake and health history will be taken. A review of any recent lab results you may have, as well as current supplements and medications will be completed. Your health concerns and goals will be discussed in detail in order to ensure your treatment plan is tailored to your unique scenario. Naturopathic treatment often includes a combination of nutrition and lifestyle
recommendations, as well as therapeutic supplementation and/or botanical medicine.
As physical exams are not feasible via virtual appointments, should a physical exam be required for proper assessment, an in-person visit may be requested.
