For *active* ICBC Claims. If you are within 12 weeks of your accident, you can receive treatment without preapproval. If you are past the initial 12 weeks, an extension needs to be approved by your adjuster.

Note that ICBC does not cover no-shows or late cancellations - this would be the patient's responsibility.
