An initial 15-minute appointment must be booked before scheduling any subsequent 15-minute follow-ups (no user fee applies to follow-ups).
Your ICBC accident must have occurred within 12 weeks of your appointment date. If it has been more than 12 weeks, prior approval from ICBC is required before treatment can begin. Please contact ICBC directly to confirm your eligibility.
