Mobility 101 is a 4 week class running Thursday's at 5pm from March 6th - March 27th. You only need to book the first date and you will be registered for all 4 classes.

En quoi ça consiste
Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
