Fire Cupping + Acupuncture (optional) Visit
Fire Cupping involves placing cups on the skin and creating a vacuum effect through suction to stimulate
blood flow, relieve tension, and enhance circulation. During a Fire Cupping session, small glass cups are
placed on the skin and suction is created by the negative pressure of the heated air as it cools. The cups
are left in place for several minutes, creating a vacuum effect that pulls the skin and underlying tissues
upward. This can cause temporary bruising or redness, but is not painful.
Cupping is often used as a detoxification treatment, and for best results is combined with Acupuncture.
Please communicate with your practitioner if you would like to opt out of the Acupuncture needling.
