PLEASE NOTE: If you are going through a WSIB claim or Motor Vehicle Accident please call us at 705-245-3330 x1 to book your Initial Assessment. Please also note that if your claim is denied, you will be required to pay for the appointment.
If you are a NEW CLIENT to our clinic you will require an “Assessment” appointment to allow for adequate time (40 minutes) to be assessed and treated in your appointment (you may select any of our services and any of our professionals).
If you are an existing client and this appointment is for an issue already assessed (looked at) by your clinician please select “Treatment” appointment.
