For all new clients, I require a 75 minute or 90-minute initial session. This allows time for a thorough assessment of your posture, movement patterns, and areas of tension so I can understand the root of what is alive in your body. A full 75 - 90 minutes ensures you have enough time to truly settle, so the work can be meaningful and we can hopefully reach your goals.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
