This is the standard follow-up visit for most patients. The appointment includes a comprehensive,
evidence-based treatment that may involve spinal or extremity joint adjustments, soft-tissue therapy,
exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education to support recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Modalities such as heat/ice, soft-tissue tools, IFC, ultrasound, and TENS may be used when clinically
appropriate.
Please note: dry needling/acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and spinal decompression therapy are not
included in this treatment type.
