You remain fully clothed and comfortably supported on a treatment table. Sessions typically begin with the Upledger 10-Step Protocol—a gentle, whole-body assessment that helps guide treatment. This provides a consistent framework while allowing each session to respond to your body’s unique needs. Gentle touch will be used at the head, sacrum, spine, and other areas that may benefit from support. Cranioscaral treatments are covered under the Registered Massage Therapy scope of practice and can be billed to extended health providers.
