The initial assessment is for new patients of the practitioner. The initial assessment will consist of a history, physical exam, discussion of treatment plan options and/or a treatment depending on the complexity of your situation.
For your first visit we recommend an hour in length. If you prefer another length of treatment for your first visit please call the office.
