After booking, you’ll receive a secure intake form. Completing it in advance helps keep your appointment focused on treatment.
BILLING
Open ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims are not accepted here.
Clients with open ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims cannot be seen at Granted Wellness, including those intending to pay privately and seek reimbursement.
For all other clients, direct billing is available for most major insurers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full treatment fee.
PARKING & ARRIVAL
Free 90-minute client parking is available beneath the building Monday–Friday. Street parking is free evenings and weekends.
During business hours, please arrive a few minutes early and have a seat in the waiting area.
For appointments after 5:00 PM and on weekends, your practitioner will meet you at the main lobby entrance on Tutt Street.
Washrooms are located in the hallway outside the suite. Keys are available in the waiting area.

Granted Wellness is a practitioner-led clinic without reception staff.
