This option is for any patient's who have never been seen by Dr. Troy before. Prior to the appointment, you will be asked to complete intake forms that you will review with Dr. Troy. Following the review of intake forms, a comprehensive physical chiropractic exam will be conducted to determine which course of treatment is most suitable for you. If there is no outside need for further testing/imaging, initial treatment will follow the comprehensive exam.
