Here, we will build on your self awareness to better equip you with a toolkit of strategies curated to support your emotional health and resilience. 7- 60 min Session Package + 2 complimentary Biocharge Sessions $1120 - A cumulative model that utilizes a mindfulness based/trauma informed approach. Here, we will gain skills around trigger management in order to address unresolved trauma within the emotional and energetic parts of the mind and body. *Payment plans available
