ND B12 or Vitamin D Injection Assessment + Injection
This appointment is for individuals who are new to the clinic and/or to seeing Dr. Kirsten and are interested in receiving a Vitamin B12 or Vitamin D injection.
Please upload laboratory results completed within the last 6 months prior to your appointment. Documents can be uploaded via Jane messaging, emailed to info@h2omholisticliving.com or brought in person to the clinic before the day of your visit.
During this visit, your practitioner will review your health history, medications, allergies, and lab work to determine whether injection therapy is appropriate. If suitable, the injection will be administered during the same visit.
If appropriate documentation is not provided, consent forms are not completed or treatment is not clinically indicated, the injection will not be administered.
Appointment cost is $75 & Vitamin D Injection is $35 + tax or Vitamin B12 Injection is $20 + tax.
