Your initial SGI chiropractic assessment is a one-on-one appointment focused on understanding your motor vehicle accident injury, health history, current concerns, movement patterns, and overall function. This visit includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, how your injury is affecting your daily activities, and your recovery goals, as well as a physical assessment to help guide an evidence-informed treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Treatment during the initial visit may include chiropractic adjustment/manipulation, acupuncture, mobility or rehabilitation exercises, and education to support your recovery and return to normal activities.
Please ensure you have an active SGI claim number prior to booking this appointment and have your claim number available at the time of your assessment.
